How do I use Afterpay?
Select ‘Afterpay’ as your payment method when on the checkout page. Enter your details with Afterpay when you’re done. Your order will ship per our standard shipping timeframes.
When using Afterpay you make your first payment (25% of the order total) at the moment you place your order. The last 3 payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal payments from the card you provided. You can make payments
Is there a minimum amount to use Afterpay?
Yes, all items in your shopping cart must be eligible for Afterpay, and the total value must be between $35 and $1000.
Late Fees
If you are unable to make a scheduled payment, Afterpay charges an $8 fee if the funds aren’t in your account when payment is due. Another $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment isn’t made within 10 days. Late fees won’t exceed 25% of the total order value.
What factors go into determining if my order is approved with Afterpay?
Per their website, "Afterpay does not approve 100% of orders. We are committed to ensuring we support responsible spending.” Couple Boutiques. does not have any control over Afterpay approving an order. Their approval process is dependent on the following criteria: If there are sufficient funds on the card (at least 25% of the order value is available to spent), the length of time a user has been using Afterpay, the amount needed to repay to Afterpay, and the value of the order you are trying to place.
What do I do if I am not approved to use Afterpay?
You can still use PayPal, Amazon Pay, or other payment methods available on www.CoupleBoutiques.com
How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay?
