Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since the initial delivery attempt of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you an online credit or change/exchange for your purchase. All returns for Couple Boutiques will be offered as online credit only via a gift card, this online credit via a gift card does not expire.(NO REFUNDS) Online orders will not be honored in our store for a change/exchange or in-store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your return will not be honored if the item or items is used and/or tags have been removed from the item or items(ALL TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTATCHED AND IN ORIGINAL PLACE).Any item or items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be honored.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be included in the return packaging. Please visit https://www.coupleboutiques.com/a/returns to initiate the return process. Your return will not be processed if you do not first initiate the return process online and receive an RMA Code.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 5 business day to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will be issued.
In store pickup Return Policy:
If more than 6 days have gone by since the initial pickup date, we will not offer any type of exchange or size change.To be eligible for an exchange or size change, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your return will not be honored if the item or items is used and/or tags have been removed from the item or items(TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED). Any item or items not in its original condition, is damaged, stained or missing parts will not be honored. (we will never process a refund on any pickup order, only an exchange or size change if applicable)
